A ordem de pris\u00e3o havia sido expedida pelo juiz no dia 12 de mar\u00e7o de 2024.<\/p><p>O crime ocorreu na manh\u00e3 de 10 de mar\u00e7o de 2024, por volta das 8h50min, na Avenida Bandeira, no Centro C\u00edvico de Ararangu\u00e1. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o acusado teria ido at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia de seu sogro, armado e chamado pela v\u00edtima no port\u00e3o. Em seguida, desferiu v\u00e1rios disparos de arma de fogo, dos quais um atingiu fatalmente o sogro, que veio a \u00f3bito no local.<\/p><p>De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime teria sido uma mensagem enviada pela v\u00edtima \u00e0 filha, cobrando a entrega das chaves de uma resid\u00eancia que ele havia alugado para o casal, o que estaria gerando d\u00e9bitos para ele.<\/p><p>O delegado Lucas Fernandes da Rosa, respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito logo ap\u00f3s o crime, o que foi prontamente decretado pelo juiz. Desde ent\u00e3o, o acusado encontrava-se foragido.<\/p><p>Na tarde do dia 23 de maio, o suspeito se entregou voluntariamente na Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Ararangu\u00e1. Durante o interrogat\u00f3rio, optou por permanecer em sil\u00eancio.
