Ele estava foragido do Distrito Federal e foi condenado pelo crime descrito no artigo 171, \u00a7 2\u00ba-A.<\/p><p>O condenado integrava organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa que realizava o golpe do motoboy e era respons\u00e1vel pela coleta do cart\u00e3o das v\u00edtimas.
