A mulher contou na DP que j\u00e1 possu\u00eda medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia concedidas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio com fundamento na Lei Maria da Penha.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">Mesmo sabendo das restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas, o agressor procurou a v\u00edtima, violando a ordem judicial, agrediu a mulher e quebrou seu aparelho celular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">Ao tomar ci\u00eancia do caso, os policiais civis identificaram o agressor e verificaram que j\u00e1 possu\u00eda diversos registros policiais por delitos envolvendo confus\u00f5es contra outras pessoas. Tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o era a primeira vez que desrespeitava ordem judicial.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">Encerradas as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, diante da constata\u00e7\u00e3o de que se tratava de um indiv\u00edduo agressivo, foi representada pela pris\u00e3o preventiva, sendo deferido o pedido e expedido mandado de pris\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Efetivada a pris\u00e3o, o indiv\u00edduo foi levado para a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia, onde foram formalizados os procedimentos legais.
