Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Itaja\u00ed (DIC), prendeu, na noite de ontem, 18 de junho de 2024, um casal pelo crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e posse de arma de fogo de uso restrito no bairro Fazenda, Itaja\u00ed\/SC.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o recebimento de den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas sobre a ocorr\u00eancia de com\u00e9rcio de maconha em uma resid\u00eancia no bairro Fazenda, Itaja\u00ed\/SC, uma equipe da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Itaja\u00ed iniciou o monitoramento do local.<\/p><p>Durante a dilig\u00eancia foi realizada a abordagem de um usu\u00e1rio logo ap\u00f3s adquirir pequena quantidade de maconha. Ato cont\u00ednuo, foi realizada a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o no im\u00f3vel e foram apreendidas na posse do casal que l\u00e1 residia um tablete de maconha, material para acondicionamento da droga e uma balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Na sequ\u00eancia foi realizada a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de outra resid\u00eancia vinculada ao casal na cidade de Barra Velha, onde foram localizados aproximadamente 35 quilos de maconha, duas espingardas e muni\u00e7\u00f5es de diversos calibres.<\/p><p>O casal foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e posse de arma de fogo de uso restrito. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao usu\u00e1rio foi lavrado termo circunstanciado pelo crime de posse da droga para consumo pr\u00f3prio.<\/p><p>Os presos foram encaminhados ao Sistema Penitenci\u00e1rio, onde permanecem \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de Justi\u00e7a.
