O preso j\u00e1 era conhecido por sua extensa ficha de registros policiais em raz\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica de crimes contra o patrim\u00f4nio. No in\u00edcio do m\u00eas, abordou um idoso na cidade de Jupi\u00e1 e, ap\u00f3s agress\u00f5es, anunciou o assalto.<\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil local iniciou as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es logo ap\u00f3s ter ci\u00eancia dos fatos e conseguiu identificar o autor do crime. Depois de ser identificado, o autor se evadiu do munic\u00edpio, buscando se esconder em Anita Garibaldi.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a fuga, a Autoridade Policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, sendo deferido o pedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.
