A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 relacionada \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura suposta pr\u00e1tica de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, que vem sendo perpetrada no \u00e2mbito do Departamento de Tr\u00e2nsito de Bombinhas (DMUTRAN).<\/p><p>Conforme se vem apurando, um esquema voltado \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de penalidades por infra\u00e7\u00f5es de tr\u00e2nsito de modo ilegal foi implantado no \u00e2mbito do DMUTRAN, por agentes p\u00fablicos municipais.<\/p><p>Foram alvos de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o o Departamento de Tr\u00e2nsito e resid\u00eancias dos investigados. Ademais, h\u00e1 decis\u00e3o judicial determinando o afastamento cautelar dos agentes p\u00fablicos de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.
