em Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (4\u00aa Decor), deflagrou a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cTroyka\u201d, com o objetivo de investigar suposta forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cartel em licita\u00e7\u00f5es, que teria atuado no Munic\u00edpio de Timb\u00f3.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima, a 4\u00aa Decor passou a investigar tr\u00eas empres\u00e1rios que concorriam entre si em licita\u00e7\u00f5es do munic\u00edpio timboense, especialmente para cal\u00e7amento e asfaltamento. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o obteve ind\u00edcios de que essas empresas teriam feito uma esp\u00e9cie de rod\u00edzio, de maneira a direcionar as licita\u00e7\u00f5es para uma participante predeterminada do esquema criminoso. Ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da obra licitada, os lucros supostamente foram repartidos entre todas as participantes do cartel.<\/p><p>Foram cumpridos onze mandados de busca domiciliar, que envolveram os munic\u00edpios de Blumenau e Timb\u00f3.
