Na ocasi\u00e3o foram indiciadas oito pessoas. Na ocasi\u00e3o foram indiciadas oito pessoas. https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/?p=7250 Na fase de cumprimento dos mandados de pris\u00e3o um dos alvos n\u00e3o foi localizado. A equipe de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da DFRC iniciou dilig\u00eancias para identificar seu atual paradeiro e realizou minuciosa an\u00e1lise do material apreendido. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apontou que alvo fugiu para Europa, alternando-se entre a Espanha e Portugal. Sob coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do titular da DFRC, delegado Osnei Valdir de Oliveira, Iniciou-se procedimentos para captura internacional. Foi mantido contato com a Pol\u00edcia de Portugal e representado junto ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pela inclus\u00e3o do nome do investigado na Difus\u00e3o Vermelha (Red Notice) possibilitando a emiss\u00e3o de alerta pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Internacional (INTERPOL). Na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, 16, a Pol\u00edcia da Espanha localizou o foragido e cumpriu o mandado de pris\u00e3o. O homem permanecer\u00e1 preso na Espanha at\u00e9 a efetiva extradi\u00e7\u00e3o para o Brasil. \u201cUma vez que um alvo entra no radar da Delegacia de Furtos e Roubos de Cargas da DEIC, n\u00e3o importa onde o esteja, iremos encontr\u00e1-lo e cumprir sua pris\u00e3o\u201d, disse o titular da DFRC\/DEIC, delegado Osnei Valdir de Oliveira. Com essa captura, todos integrantes do grupo foram identificados, responsabilizados e apresentados \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a.
