aos Crimes de Inform\u00e1tica e Defrauda\u00e7\u00f5es, ambas de Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais, em apoio \u00e0 Policia Civil do Estado de Sergipe, participou, na ter\u00e7a-feira (06\/08), de opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial deflagrada para apura\u00e7\u00e3o de fraudes contra Tribunais de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p><p>Em Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, foram cumpridos um mandado de pris\u00e3o e um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, contra um investigado indicado como l\u00edder da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, que praticava falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos p\u00fablicos contra Tribunais de Justi\u00e7a e que desviou milh\u00f5es dos cofres p\u00fablicos. O investigado estava em pris\u00e3o domiciliar, ele \u00e9 apontado tamb\u00e9m como mentor intelectual de fraudes contra o TRT do Rio de Janeiro e \u00e9 alvo da Pol\u00edcia Federal, no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Ju\u00edzo Paralelo, com preju\u00edzo estimado de 62 milh\u00f5es de reais.<\/p><p>Ao todo, foram cumpridos 29 mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva e 42 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos demais estados da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o.
