data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital (DPA\/DIC), com apoio da Coordenadoria de Recursos Especiais (CORE), em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal (DIBEA) da Capital, prendeu em flagrante um homem pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3o da ra\u00e7a pitbull, no bairro Monte Cristo, em Florian\u00f3polis.<\/p>\n<p>As den\u00fancias mencionavam que um c\u00e3o da ra\u00e7a pitbull era mantido no local em corrente curta, em p\u00e9ssimas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade e de salubridade, sem \u00e1gua e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, bem como sem castra\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme determina a Lei Estadual n\u00ba 14.204\/2007.<\/p>\n<p>Os registros davam conta de que o tutor do animal estava preso por tr\u00e1fico de drogas, mas essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se confirmou e o homem foi notificado para promover as devidas melhorias ao bem-estar do animal, em prazo ex\u00edguo de 48 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Na sexta-feira (9) as equipes retornaram ao local, constatando que o tutor apenas havia colocado um pote com \u00e1gua, mas o animal permanecia nas mesmas condi\u00e7\u00f5es inaceit\u00e1veis.
