Ainda, a prefeitura Municipal de Florian\u00f3polis dever\u00e1 proceder a averba\u00e7\u00e3o de indisponibilidade nos registros de inscri\u00e7\u00f5es imobili\u00e1rias de 231 im\u00f3veis, pertencentes ao grupo, tendo em vista que tais im\u00f3veis s\u00e3o oriundos de parcelamentos irregulares, sem matr\u00edculas em cart\u00f3rios de registros de im\u00f3veis (de posse).<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, que teve in\u00edcio em 2020, desmantelou uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, capitaneada por um construtor irregular e seus familiares que, h\u00e1 anos, vem implementando loteamentos clandestinos, no norte da Ilha, notadamente no bairro Rio Vermelho, por meio de parcelamento irregular do solo urbano, comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o desses terrenos clandestinos, al\u00e9m do corte de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa e rasteira.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m dos crimes ambientais e urban\u00edsticos, o grupo operava uma engrenagem para lavagem de dinheiro, utilizando-se de empresas fantasmas, constitu\u00eddas com a finalidade de ocultar os valores oriundos da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o dos lotes irregulares. Os investigados, por meio de uma imobili\u00e1ria, comercializavam os im\u00f3veis irregulares com a promessa de posterior regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria (REURB) e melhorias de infraestruturas.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi chamada de Acapulco, pois as glebas, parceladas de forma ilegal, pertencem ao loteamento clandestino, assim denominado. O parcelamento irregular do solo, sem a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder P\u00fablico, ocasiona diversos problemas sociais, pois estabelecido \u00e0s margens da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e sem qualquer estudo pr\u00e9vio, gera problemas de mobilidade urbana, inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, desmoronamento, bols\u00f5es de pobreza, prec\u00e1rio atendimento de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica e educa\u00e7\u00e3o.
