A pris\u00e3o decorre de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em torno de crimes praticados na fun\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201crigor\u201d de uma das fac\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas que operam na cidade. Trata-se de pessoa incumbida de exercer atos violentos em obedi\u00eancia ao comando criminoso.<\/p><p>Nessa condi\u00e7\u00e3o, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apontou que o preso participou de crime tentado no m\u00eas de maio em bairro da zona sul da cidade, reunindo elementos probat\u00f3rios suficientes para subsidiar sua pris\u00e3o cautelar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Dessa forma, al\u00e9m do decreto de pris\u00e3o preventiva, foram cumpridos dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o que culminaram na apreens\u00e3o de uma pistola e dezenas de muni\u00e7\u00f5es.
