O objetivo da a\u00e7\u00e3o policial \u00e9 reprimir o superfaturamento na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os para as Secretarias de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade (SEMAS) e Secretaria de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Sa\u00fade (SEMUS), ambas da Prefeitura de Blumenau.<\/p><p>Na primeira fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Elysuim, a PCSC demonstrou que a empresa investigada participava de licita\u00e7\u00f5es, munida de atestados de capacidade t\u00e9cnica falsos. Dando continuidade \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Civil constatou que a empresa, ap\u00f3s vencer suas licita\u00e7\u00f5es, superfaturou as medi\u00e7\u00f5es pertinentes aos servi\u00e7os prestados.\u00a0<\/p><p>Os servi\u00e7os prestados pela empresa dizem respeito \u00e0s atividades de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o urbana, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de canteiros, irriga\u00e7\u00e3o de jardins, ro\u00e7ada com ro\u00e7adeira mec\u00e2nica e cong\u00eaneres, realizados nos estabelecimentos indicados no contrato, com o Poder P\u00fablico.\u00a0<\/p><p>Em dois contratos investigados, a empresa recebeu do poder p\u00fablico o total de R$ 2.002.049,00, nos anos de 2022 e 2023. Essa fase da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o focou nos funcion\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos respons\u00e1veis pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa, cuja omiss\u00e3o foi imprescind\u00edvel para os lucros il\u00edcitos investigados.<\/p><p>Foram cumpridos 7 mandados de busca domiciliar. A pedido da Pol\u00edcia Civil, 2 investigados foram afastados do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico. Al\u00e9m disso, o engenheiro florestal da empresa investigada teve seu registro profissional suspenso, como forma de evitar novas pr\u00e1ticas il\u00edcitas.\u00a0<\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil apreendeu dispositivos inform\u00e1ticos e demais elementos de interesse para investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.
