Diante dos fatos, a Pol\u00edcia Civil instaurou inqu\u00e9rito para apurar em que momento ocorreu essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o, haja vista possibilidade de eventual estupro de vulner\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>As testemunhas ouvidas no procedimento mencionam que a adolescente estaria sofrendo coa\u00e7\u00e3o e grave amea\u00e7a para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da rela\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, o que eventualmente tamb\u00e9m pode caracterizar o crime de estupro.<\/p><p>Diante dos elementos apurados no inqu\u00e9rito policial e visando assegurar o bom andamento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, ontem a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou por busca e apreens\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do investigado. Ainda no final do dia, ap\u00f3s r\u00e1pida manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, o Poder Judici\u00e1rio decretou a pris\u00e3o do suspeito.<\/p><p>Nesta quarta-feira (18\/09), ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias, o suspeito foi localizado e preso em um hotel localizado no munic\u00edpio de Porto Belo\/SC.<\/p><p>O delegado respons\u00e1vel pelo caso faz quest\u00e3o de ressaltar que \u201co Conselho Tutelar de Tijucas e seus membros n\u00e3o possuem qualquer responsabilidade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a eventual desvio de conduta por parte do investigado. \u00c9 fundamental destacar que o \u00f3rg\u00e3o \u00e9 de grande import\u00e2ncia na sociedade, sendo um grande parceiro da Pol\u00edcia Civil e que, inclusive, tem colaborado ativamente nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para que tudo seja rapidamente esclarecido\u201d. \u00a0<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s formalidades administrativas, o investigado foi encaminhado ao Sistema Penitenci\u00e1rio, ficando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a Catarinense.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil prende homem por suposta pr\u00e1tica de crimes sexuais contra enteada Nesta quarta-feira (18\/09), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Tijucas, efetuou cumprimento de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, expedidos em decorr\u00eancia de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o pela suposta pr\u00e1tica de crimes sexuais.
