O preso j\u00e1 respondia por crimes de extors\u00e3o, apropria\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00e9bita e les\u00e3o corporal, ocorridos\u00a0em\u00a0\u00e2mbito de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar. Crimes praticados em face de sua\u00a0ex-companheira, que solicitou medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, descumprindo\u00a0medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia, na data de 19\/09\/2024, o homem tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 suspeito, juntamente com outra pessoa, de atear fogo na moto da v\u00edtima no estacionamento de um pr\u00e9dio\u00a0em Florian\u00f3polis, local onde a v\u00edtima trabalha.<\/p><p>Diante deste grave contexto, que coloca n\u00e3o s\u00f3 a vida da v\u00edtima em perigo, mas de toda coletividade, representou-se pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, cujos mandados foram expedidos pela Vara de Viol\u00eancia Domestica\u00a0e Familiar\u00a0da Capital.<\/p><p>Assim, foi formada uma for\u00e7a tarefa entre as Pol\u00edcias Civil e Militar de Bigua\u00e7u a fim de dar cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o\u00a0em face do investigado durante\u00a0tr\u00eas dias \u2013 at\u00e9 a pris\u00e3o. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam a fim de colher mais elementos de prova dos crimes em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.
