Foram cumpridos ainda mais dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o que resultaram na apreens\u00e3o de telefones celulares e anota\u00e7\u00f5es referentes aos fatos investigados. As ordens judiciais foram cumpridas em Palho\u00e7a<\/p><p><strong>Entenda o caso<\/strong><\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o da 2\u00aa fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cTio Patinhas\u201d, que visava cumprir 69 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e tr\u00eas ordens de seq\u00fcestro de bens, chegou ao conhecimento da DRACO\/DEIC in\u00fameros relatos de que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o havia \u201cvazado\u201d e que diversos investigados haviam sido avisados previamente sobre a data da opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial, o que prejudicou o cumprimento das ordens judiciais.<\/p><p>Diante de tais informa\u00e7\u00f5es foi instaurado Inqu\u00e9rito Policial para apurar a pratica dos crimes de associa\u00e7\u00e3o ao tr\u00e1fico, participa\u00e7\u00e3o em organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e viola\u00e7\u00e3o de sigilo funcional.<\/p><p>No curso da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 haviam sido presos dois integrantes do grupo investigado pelo vazamento de dados, sendo uma ex-estagi\u00e1ria do f\u00f3rum de capital que prestava servi\u00e7os para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa investigada e um integrante da ORCRIM.<\/p><p>\u00a0A ex-estagi\u00e1ria foi a respons\u00e1vel por acessar indevidamente os autos daquela investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sigilosa por mais de 25 vezes, realizando grande parte dos acessos no per\u00edodo da madrugada e de sua pr\u00f3pria resid\u00eancia durante o final de semana que antecedeu a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cTio Patinhas 2\u201d. Diante disso, foi acionado o N\u00facleo de Intelig\u00eancia do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a \u2013 NIS\/TJSC, que prestou total apoio nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>\u00a0As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuaram e foi apurado o envolvimento de outras pessoas, integrantes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa que atuam nesse complexo esquema criminoso, associado ao tr\u00e1fico de drogas e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, voltado ainda a viola\u00e7\u00e3o do sigilo de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sens\u00edveis.
