Garibaldi, nesta quarta-feira (09), dando continuidade \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cTrapa\u00e7a\u201d, deu cumprimento a 7 mandados de busca a apreens\u00e3o contra empres\u00e1rios e empresas suspeitas de participar de esquema de fraude na licita\u00e7\u00e3o para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de cobertura asf\u00e1ltica, em Anita Garibaldi.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi desencadeada ap\u00f3s a primeira fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cTrapa\u00e7a\u201d, que investiga fraudes em licita\u00e7\u00f5es para contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de merendeiras. Analisando os documentos foi identificado outro esquema fraudulento orquestrado pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, em uma licita\u00e7\u00e3o, para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa para realizar servi\u00e7os de asfaltamento nas ruas da cidade de Anita Garibaldi.<\/p><p>A partir dos relat\u00f3rios da Pol\u00edcia Civil, foi instaurada investiga\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que requereu a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o dos mandados de busca. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio das Delegacias de Pol\u00edcia de Anita Garibaldi, Celso Ramos, Abdon Batista, Campo Belo do Sul, Fraiburgo e 3\u00b0DP de Lages. Foram cumpridas ordens judiciais em 4 cidades de Anita Garibaldi, Abdon Batista, S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Cerrito e Fraiburgo.<\/p><p>O esquema \u00e9 comandado por integrantes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa que se infiltrou na Prefeitura de Anita Garibaldi e passou a gerenciar contratos de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os.
