Pouco tempo depois do embarque, os autores passaram a agredir o motorista, o empurraram para fora do ve\u00edculo e sa\u00edram do local subtraindo o carro, celulares e dinheiro.<\/p><p>Um inqu\u00e9rito policial foi instaurado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil visando apurar os fatos. Ap\u00f3s quase dois meses de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Civil identificou um dos autores e representou por sua pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria e por busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua casa, pleitos que foram deferidos pelo Ju\u00edzo da 2\u00ba Vara Criminal de Tubar\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Ao final da tarde da quinta-feira (24\/10), de posse dos competentes mandados, a DIC de Tubar\u00e3o diligenciou \u00e0 cidade de Capivari de Baixo e capturou o suspeito, al\u00e9m de ter dado cumprimento ao mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua resid\u00eancia.\u00a0 O preso foi conduzido \u00e0 sede da DIC de Tubar\u00e3o, onde foi interrogado.<\/p><p>Cumpre destacar que o ve\u00edculo roubado foi recuperado na cidade de Orleans, periciado e posteriormente restitu\u00eddo \u00e0 v\u00edtima.\u00a0 Ap\u00f3s os procedimentos de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria, o suspeito foi encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Tubar\u00e3o.
