A v\u00edtima procurou a Pol\u00edcia Civil para informar que tinha medidas protetivas concedidas contra seu ex-companheiro e estavam sendo violadas as restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas.<\/p><p>Iniciadas as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, verificou-se que o indiv\u00edduo possu\u00eda um extenso registro de ocorr\u00eancias policiais envolvendo viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e problemas com agress\u00f5es e amea\u00e7as contra outras pessoas.<\/p><p>O homem j\u00e1 havia sido condenado por agredir a ex-companheira a menos de um m\u00eas, fato que havia motivado a concess\u00e3o das medidas protetivas. Tamb\u00e9m foi confirmada a viola\u00e7\u00e3o das restri\u00e7\u00f5es, uma vez que o preso passou a frequentar o local de trabalho da v\u00edtima.<\/p><p>Foi representada pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, sendo deferido o pedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e expedido mandado de pris\u00e3o. Efetivada a pris\u00e3o, o indiv\u00edduo foi levado para a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia, onde foi interrogado.
