O homem se encontrava foragido no Rio Grande do Sul e foi capturado na quarta feira, dia 6.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">E<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">ntenda o Caso:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Os fatos ocorreram no dia 26.7.2024, quando uma moradora do munic\u00edpio de Garopaba foi violentada e sequestrada, o que gerou a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de inqu\u00e9rito policial pela Pol\u00edcia Civil de Imbituba, munic\u00edpio em que ocorreram os fatos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Realizadas diversas dilig\u00eancias sigilosas, que apontaram que o autor teria sequestrado a v\u00edtima e se dirigido at\u00e9 Itapirub\u00e1, local em que cometeu o estupro, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Imbituba representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito, o que foi prontamente deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Logo ap\u00f3s os fatos, o autor se evadiu do munic\u00edpio e se encontrava foragido no Rio Grande do Sul. Nesta quarta-feira, ap\u00f3s receber informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que o foragido estava em um hospital, em S\u00e3o Leopoldo, a PCRS se dirigiu e logrou \u00eaxito em efetuar a pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O autor ser\u00e1 interrogado e o inqu\u00e9rito ser\u00e1 finalizado no prazo legal de 10 dias, ficando a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para oferecimento de den\u00fancia.<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Preso homem que sequestrou e estuprou mulher em Itapurib\u00e1 Ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Imbituba, a Justi\u00e7a expediu mandado de pris\u00e3o contra suspeito de ter praticado os crimes de sequestro e estupro de uma moradora do munic\u00edpio de Garopaba.
