cumpriu, na sexta-feira (8), um mandado de interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria expedido em desfavor de um adolescente que reiteradamente vinha amea\u00e7ando colegas de escola, bem como professores de uma unidade de ensino do munic\u00edpio de Rodeio.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o Delegado Wesley Costa o adolescente vinha praticando estes atos infracionais desde o ano passado, tendo se intensificado tais pr\u00e1ticas a partir do m\u00eas de abril do ano corrente.<\/p>\n<p>Foram instaurados v\u00e1rios procedimentos pela Pol\u00edcia Civil de Rodeio para apurar os fatos e remetidos ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio, contudo, com a reitera\u00e7\u00e3o das condutas, a Autoridade Policial representou pela interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria do adolescente, tendo a representa\u00e7\u00e3o sido acolhida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio com parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a apreens\u00e3o do adolescente, ele foi encaminhado para Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo Provis\u00f3rio (CASEP) de Blumenau, local em que ficou \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio e onde dever\u00e1 permanecer por 45 dias.<\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina ressalta que a cren\u00e7a de que adolescentes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o responsabilizados por seus atos levam a reitera\u00e7\u00e3o de condutas il\u00edcitas, no entanto, reafirmamos que a idade n\u00e3o \u00e9 escudo para adolescentes praticarem il\u00edcitos, os quais s\u00e3o combatidos veementemente, conforme o caso em
