As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es iniciaram ap\u00f3s requisi\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico que verificou a possibilidade de ocorr\u00eancia do crime.<\/p>\n<p>Durante uma festa ocorrida na cidade, policiais militares buscavam orientar e organizar a sa\u00edda do evento. Quando abordaram o indiciado, este teria ofendido e tentado agredir um dos policiais. Ap\u00f3s ser contido e informado que seria lavrado termo circunstanciado pelo crime de desobedi\u00eancia e desacato, o vereador se evadiu do local.<\/p>\n<p>Dias depois, procurou o comando da Pol\u00edcia Militar relatando agress\u00f5es praticadas pelos policiais. Foi instaurado inqu\u00e9rito policial militar para apurar o suposto abuso de autoridade praticado pelos policiais. Ao final destas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, verificou-se que a suposta v\u00edtima estaria mentindo e tentando prejudicar os policiais.<\/p>\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico requisitou ent\u00e3o, a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de inqu\u00e9rito policial para apurar a conduta do vereador. Finalizadas as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, foram constatadas diversas contradi\u00e7\u00f5es nos depoimentos do indiciado e de suas testemunhas, ficando caracterizado o crime de denuncia\u00e7\u00e3o caluniosa.<\/p>\n<p>Acionar a pol\u00edcia, dando causa a uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre fatos que n\u00e3o ocorreram pode caracterizar crime de denuncia\u00e7\u00e3o caluniosa, punido com pena de reclus\u00e3o de 2 a 8 anos e multa.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil est\u00e1 sempre atenta e, por meio da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o criminal, busca n\u00e3o s\u00f3 apurar crimes, mas tamb\u00e9m evitar que acusa\u00e7\u00f5es infundadas acarretem danos aos investigados, permitindo melhor atua\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PCSC indicia vereador de Abdon Batista pelo crime de denuncia\u00e7\u00e3o caluniosa A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Abdon Batista, concluiu inqu\u00e9rito policial na qual um vereador foi indicado por crime de denuncia\u00e7\u00e3o caluniosa contra policiais militares.
