data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta quinta-feira (05\/12), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal Palho\u00e7a, prendeu em flagrante um homem pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3es, sem ra\u00e7a definida, no bairro Alto Ariri\u00fa, em Palho\u00e7a.<\/p><p>O procedimento flagrancial teve origem em opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial, organizada em conjunto com a DIBEA de Palho\u00e7a, em raz\u00e3o do acompanhamento de caso iniciado ainda quando a Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal tamb\u00e9m detinha atribui\u00e7\u00f5es em Palho\u00e7a, o que ensejou a continuidade dos procedimentos investigat\u00f3rios.<\/p><p>As den\u00fancias mencionavam que os animais eram mantidos em p\u00e9ssimas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade e de salubridade, sem \u00e1gua e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, e, mesmo ap\u00f3s tentativas de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do \u00f3rg\u00e3o municipal, o tutor permanecia inerte, o que ensejou a sua pris\u00e3o em flagrante pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3es.<\/p><p>Quatro c\u00e3es foram resgatados pela Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal de Palho\u00e7a, sendo encaminhados para os devidos atendimentos m\u00e9dicos-veterin\u00e1rios, inclusive castra\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 o encaminhamento para ado\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>Formalizado o procedimento criminal na Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial de Palho\u00e7a, o preso permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder
