Durante a instru\u00e7\u00e3o, identificou-se que o homem praticou atos libidinosos de maneira reiterada, em datas distintas, contra a sua filha, sempre no interior da resid\u00eancia e sem a presen\u00e7a de testemunhas.<\/p><p>Diante das provas colhidas, ao final do inqu\u00e9rito representou-se pela pris\u00e3o preventiva, com manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Santa Catarina. Ao ser interrogado, o indiciado negou a pr\u00e1tica dos crimes.
