A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o da Guarda Municipal de Tubar\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Instaurou-se o competente inqu\u00e9rito policial, tendo a autoridade policial representado pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito, pleito que restou deferido pelo Ju\u00edzo da 1\u00ba Vara Criminal de Tubar\u00e3o.<\/p><p>De posse do competente mandado de pris\u00e3o, ontem (10\/12\/2024), por volta das 19h30min, os policiais lograram \u00eaxito em capturar o suspeito no bairro F\u00e1bio Silva.<\/p><p>O investigado foi encaminhado \u00e0 sede da DIC de Tubar\u00e3o, onde foi interrogado.
