data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Em mar\u00e7o de 2024, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Capivari de Baixo, deflagrou opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial a fim de combater o tr\u00e1fico de drogas e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas, sendo que, na oportunidade, cinco pessoas foram presas preventivamente, al\u00e9m de ter sido cumprido seis mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar.<\/p><p>No curso da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, restou evidenciando que os investigados tamb\u00e9m utilizavam adolescentes para comercializar drogas, motivo pelo qual fora instaurado o competente procedimento policial em desfavor dos infantes.<\/p><p>No \u00e2mbito da a\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3cioeducativa, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico requereu a interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria dos tr\u00eas adolescentes, tendo o Ju\u00edzo da Vara \u00danica de Capivari de Baixo deferido o pleito.<\/p><p>Os Policiais Civis da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Capivari de Baixo cumpriram um dos mandados de interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria na semana passada, sendo que policiais militares j\u00e1 tinham cumprido outros dois mandados de interna\u00e7\u00e3o em Jaguaruna e Gravatal.<\/p><p>Os adolescentes, ap\u00f3s os procedimentos legais, foram encaminhados ao CASEP de Tubar\u00e3o, ficando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da
