Na ocasi\u00e3o, o indiv\u00edduo teria agredido sua m\u00e3e, o que motivou o acionamento da PM. Ali\u00e1s, o conduzido j\u00e1 foi preso em flagrante em outras 05 (cinco) oportunidades distintas, todas elas envolvendo viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica contra sua genitora. Ele foi localizado na sua resid\u00eancia, no Bairro Passo Manso.
