Com a coleta de imagens, troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es com outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, chegou-se \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de um indiv\u00edduo que possui extensa ficha policial.<\/p><p>Instaurou-se o competente inqu\u00e9rito policial, tendo o Delegado de Pol\u00edcia respons\u00e1vel pelas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es representado pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do homem, pleito que restou deferido pelo Ju\u00edzo da 1\u00ba Vara Criminal de Tubar\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Pouco tempo antes do deferimento da cautelar, o investigado acabou preso por for\u00e7a de uma mandado de pris\u00e3o referente \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o penal de outros fatos.
