font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina por meio da Delegacia de Capturas (DECAP\/DEIC) com apoio da DIC de Blumenau cumpriu na quarta-feira (22) mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva&nbsp; em desfavor de um homem pelo crime de estupro previsto no. 213 do C\u00f3digo Penal, oriundo da 10\u00aa Vara Criminal de Curitiba\/PR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A unidade especializada da DEIC foi acionada pela respectiva Vara Criminal para que efetuasse dilig\u00eancias no sentido de localizar e prender o foragido,&nbsp; que possu\u00eda mandado em aberto desde setembro de 2024, quando teria cometido o crime.<\/p>\n<p>No final da tarde de ontem (22) os policiais da DECAP e da DIC Blumenau identificaram o poss\u00edvel paradeiro do indiv\u00edduo, que estava residindo na cidade de Blumenau, onde foi abordado e preso.<\/p>\n<p>A Delegacia de Capturas da DEIC\/PCSC refor\u00e7a seu compromisso em prol da seguran\u00e7a da sociedade catarinense e se compromete com as demais unidades Policiais do Estado no aux\u00edlio \u00e0 captura de foragidos por meio do aplicativo INTEGRA no link https:\/\/integra.pc.sc.gov.br\/sistemas\/foragidos .<\/p>\n<p><b>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br, sendo garantido o anonimato.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );
