As ordens judiciais s\u00e3o referentes a um roubo, cometido por duas pessoas armadas, ocorrido em resid\u00eancia, no bairro Madri, na cidade de Palho\u00e7a, em novembro de 2024.<\/p><p>Durante o cumprimento das dilig\u00eancias, foi preso, na cidade de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, um dos autores do delito. Al\u00e9m disso, as equipes obtiveram \u00eaxito em localizar um foragido com mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto por crime de roubo, al\u00e9m de apreender um simulacro de arma de fogo e recuperar uma motocicleta com registro de furto.<\/p><p>Por fim, foram arrecadados aparelhos celulares e outros objetos de interesse para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o dos crimes em quest\u00e3o, entre os quais estavam as camisetas subtra\u00eddas da v\u00edtima durante o assalto. A Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio das dilig\u00eancias realizadas, segue com o intuito de identificar o coautor do roubo \u00e0 resid\u00eancia no bairro Madri.<\/p><p>Tamb\u00e9m, na mesma data, foi dado cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pela 1\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca de Palho\u00e7a.
