efetuou nesta segunda-feira (24\/02), a pris\u00e3o de uma mulher suspeita de praticar estelionatos em s\u00e9rie nas cidades de Indaial e Timb\u00f3. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio em novembro de 2024, momento em que diversas cervejarias noticiaram que uma mulher estaria contratando litros de chopp e se apropriando dos equipamentos, cujo valor m\u00e9dio de mercado supera R$ 5.000,00 (cinco mil reais).<\/p>\n<p>O modo de agir da estelionat\u00e1ria era sempre o mesmo: com a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de poucos litros de chopp e depois apropria\u00e7\u00e3o do maquin\u00e1rio, com uma narrativa aos estabelecimentos comerciais de que o equipamento teria \u201cextraviado\u201d, mas que arcaria com o d\u00e9bito de forma parcelada.<\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio de diversas dilig\u00eancias, conseguiu identificar que a suspeita estaria envolvida em diversos golpes do mesmo g\u00eanero, tendo sido oferecida representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva, busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar e quebra de sigilo de dados telem\u00e1ticos, pleito este referendado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e deferido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta segunda-feira (24) foi cumprida a busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar e a pris\u00e3o preventiva da investigada, tendo sido apreendidos 4 aparelhos celulares e documentos, que ser\u00e3o valiosas fontes de informa\u00e7\u00e3o para continuidade da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.
