data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o ao Crime Organizado (DRACO\/DEIC) realizou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (25) uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial na regi\u00e3o da Grande Florian\u00f3polis para dar cumprimento a 01 mandado de pris\u00e3o e a 03 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em desfavor de uma aluna do 8\u00ba per\u00edodo da faculdade de Direito e estagi\u00e1ria da Justi\u00e7a Federal.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o de cinco integrantes de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa voltada ao trafico de drogas, dentre os quais uma ex-estagi\u00e1ria do F\u00f3rum da Capital, foi identificada uma sexta integrante do grupo criminoso, que estava realizando est\u00e1gio na Justi\u00e7a Federal.<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada pelo Delegado de Pol\u00edcia Antonio Claudio de Seixas J\u00f3ca, titular da DRACO\/DEIC, apontou que a estudante de Direito e estagi\u00e1ria da Justi\u00e7a Federal, presa nessa manh\u00e3, acessou indevidamente investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sigilosas de pelo menos tr\u00eas Delegacias de Pol\u00edcia Especializadas em investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de Tr\u00e1fico de drogas e Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, hoje, por volta das 6:30, Policiais Civis da DRACO\/DEIC foram \u00e0s ruas para dar cumprimento \u00e0s ordens judiciais expedidas pela Vara Criminal da Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana da Capital ap\u00f3s parecer favor\u00e1vel da 39\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital.<\/p>\n<p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam para identificar outras pessoas envolvidas nesse complexo esquema criminoso voltado \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de participa\u00e7\u00e3o em organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, tr\u00e1fico de drogas e viola\u00e7\u00e3o de sigilo funcional.<\/p>\n<p>A equipe da DRACO\/DEIC refor\u00e7a seu compromisso em prol da sociedade catarinense no enfrentamento das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas voltadas ao tr\u00e1fico de drogas e \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica de crimes violentos.<span style=\"color: var(
