Ele foi condenado por roubo majorado e tr\u00e1fico de drogas ao cumprimento de 18 anos e 10 meses de pris\u00e3o, expedido pela Vara de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Penal da Vara Metropolitana de Bel\u00e9m\/ PA.<\/p><p>Desta forma, ap\u00f3s a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ind\u00edcios que o foragido havia se mudado para Santa Catarina ap\u00f3s fugir da Penitenci\u00e1ria, onde cumpria pena, em julho de 2023, iniciaram-se as dilig\u00eancias para identificar o paradeiro do autor, que foi localizado e preso no Bairro Garcia, em Blumenau\/SC.<\/p><p>A DECAP\/DEIC refor\u00e7a o seu compromisso em prol da seguran\u00e7a da sociedade catarinense e se compromete com as demais unidades policiais do estado no aux\u00edlio \u00e0 captura de foragidos.<\/p><p>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br. Al\u00e9m disso, pelo\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.pc.sc.gov.br\/foragidos\/\">Portal Foragidos\u00a0da PCSC<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9 poss\u00edvel conhecer a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de procurados pela Justi\u00e7a.
