data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital (DPA\/DIC), em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal de Florian\u00f3polis, prendeu em flagrante uma mulher pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra cachorra, sem ra\u00e7a definida, no bairro Ratones, em Florian\u00f3polis\/SC.<\/p><p>O procedimento flagrancial teve origem em opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial, organizada em conjunto com a DIBEA, em raz\u00e3o do acompanhamento de caso iniciado com investiga\u00e7\u00e3o desta unidade especializada, dando conta de que a mulher agredia e mantinha uma cachorra, sem ra\u00e7a definida, presa em corrente no meio do mato, em p\u00e9ssimas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de salubridade.<\/p><p>No procedimento policial, foram acostados v\u00eddeos atinentes a esses fatos e, ap\u00f3s as oitivas efetuadas, inclusive da investigada para orienta\u00e7\u00f5es com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao bem-estar animal, visando a verificar se a can\u00eddea de fato estava resguardada, organizou-se dilig\u00eancia conjunta de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, quando se constatou situa\u00e7\u00e3o flagrancial, pois a cachorra era mantida na mesma situa\u00e7\u00e3o inadequada.<\/p><p>A mulher foi presa em flagrante e a cachorra foi resgatada pela Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal da Capital, sendo encaminhada para os devidos tr\u00e2mites de atendimento m\u00e9dico-veterin\u00e1rio, inclusive castra\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 os encaminhamentos para ado\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>Formalizado o procedimento criminal na Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial da Capital, a presa permaneceu \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
