data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Ponte Serrada, com apoio de policiais do munic\u00edpio de Passos Maia e Varge\u00e3o, deu cumprimento a um mandado de apreens\u00e3o e interna\u00e7\u00e3o de um adolescente, em Ponte Serrada.<\/p>\n<p>O caso chegou ao conhecimento da Autoridade Policial no dia 8 de mar\u00e7o, quando a av\u00f3 da v\u00edtima acionou a Pol\u00edcia Militar ap\u00f3s o menino relatar ter sido abusado pelo vizinho, um adolescente. Naquela oportunidade os policiais encaminharam a crian\u00e7a para exame na Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica. Contra o adolescente investigado foi instaurado procedimento para Apura\u00e7\u00e3o de Ato Infracional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a colheita de depoimentos e da juntada de laudo pericial, a Autoridade Policial representou pela apreens\u00e3o do adolescente investigado, ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, o pedido foi deferido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e devidamente cumprindo nesta data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O adolescente apreendido foi encaminhado ao Sistema Socioeducativo.
