data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na tarde desta segunda-feira (17) a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina (PCSC), por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Fronteira de Campo Er\u00ea\/SC, deu cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido contra um homem, pelo crime de descumprimento de decis\u00e3o judicial que deferiu medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia em favor de sua ex-companheira.<\/p><p>De acordo com o apurado no inqu\u00e9rito policial, nos dias 21 e 22 do m\u00eas de janeiro do ano de 2025, por volta das 21h22min e 21h41min, respectivamente, no bairro S\u00e3o Francisco, na cidade de Campo\u00a0 Er\u00ea\/SC, o ex-companheiro, atrav\u00e9s de mensagens instant\u00e2neas e \u00e1udios encaminhados via aplicativo WhatsApp, teria descumprido decis\u00e3o judicial que deferiu, no in\u00edcio daquele m\u00eas, medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia em favor de sua ex-companheira.<\/p><p>Assim, considerando-se o ex-companheiro insolente e afrontoso ao comando judicial e \u00e0 soberania do Estado em fazer cumprir e ter respeitadas suas decis\u00f5es, uma vez que, n\u00e3o apenas por uma, mas por duas vezes, ele teria descumprido decis\u00e3o judicial que deferiu medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia conferidas com base na Lei n\u00ba. 11.340\/06 foi representado por sua pris\u00e3o preventiva.<\/p><p>A pris\u00e3o ocorreu na Rua Terezinha Beltrani, na cidade de Campo Er\u00ea\/SC, e o Preso foi encaminhado para a Unidade Prisional Avan\u00e7ada (UPA) de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Cedro\/SC, onde permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da
