data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na segunda-feira (17\/03), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 5\u00aa Delegacia de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de Chapec\u00f3, deflagrou opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCaminho Certo\u201d, voltada \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de crimes contra a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica e outras infra\u00e7\u00f5es penais vinculadas a uma parcela do transporte escolar do munic\u00edpio de Xaxim.<\/p><p>Na oportunidade, foram cumpridos, em Chapec\u00f3, Xaxim e Cordilheira Alta, nove mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos pelo Ju\u00edzo da Vara Regional de Garantias da Comarca, com o objetivo de colher elementos de interesse \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es criminais desenvolvidas pela delegacia especializada.<\/p><p>O caso decorre de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o pret\u00e9rita da pr\u00f3pria unidade policial, que evidenciou a falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de uma centena de inspe\u00e7\u00f5es veiculares por uma pessoa jur\u00eddica. Al\u00e9m disso, foram apreendidos R$ 18 mil em esp\u00e9cie e realizada a pris\u00e3o em flagrante de um dos alvos por posse ilegal de arma de fogo e muni\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil agradece o apoio e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o sempre eficientes do Poder Judici\u00e1rio e do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico no desenvolvimento das atividades investigativas. Auxiliaram na opera\u00e7\u00e3o a Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal e o DETRAN de Chapec\u00f3, al\u00e9m de policiais dos munic\u00edpios de Caxambu do Sul, Planalto Alegre, Nova Itaberaba, Paial e Cordilheira Alta.
