data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil da Comarca de Xanxer\u00ea, com apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, ao Adolescente, \u00e0 Mulher e ao Idoso (DPCAMI), prendeu em flagrante, no in\u00edcio da tarde desta sexta-feira, dia 21 de mar\u00e7o, dois suspeitos pelo crime de furto majorado pelo repouso noturno e qualificado pelo rompimento de obst\u00e1culo \u00e0 subtra\u00e7\u00e3o da coisa, bem como qualificado pelo concurso de pessoas.\u00a0<\/p><p>Na madrugada deste dia 21 de mar\u00e7o, por volta das 5h30min, os suspeitos, na posse de um martelo, quebraram a vidra\u00e7a de um estabelecimento comercial, oportunidade em que subtra\u00edram 11 (onze) aparelhos de telefonia celular, empreendendo fuga, logo em seguida.\u00a0<\/p><p>Imediatamente, ap\u00f3s ser cientificado dos fatos, a Autoridade Policial e os agentes de Pol\u00edcia Civil passaram a realizar dilig\u00eancias e, no in\u00edcio da tarde, localizaram os investigados na posse de 10 (dez) aparelhos celulares, ocasi\u00e3o em que os suspeitos foram presos em flagrante e conduzidos \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil.\u00a0<\/p><p>Na unidade policial, os suspeitos confessaram o crime, informando que, ap\u00f3s o crime, permaneceram escondidos no local em que os policiais civis os encontraram, mas que iriam aguardar anoitecer para se esconderam em outra localizada.\u00a0<\/p><p>A v\u00edtima compareceu a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil e prestou declara\u00e7\u00f5es, informando um preju\u00edzo de quase R$20.000,00 (vinte mil reais).\u00a0<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s os procedimentos legais, os suspeitos foram encaminhados para o sistema prisional da cidade de Xanxer\u00ea e os bens recuperados foram restitu\u00eddos para a
