Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios (DH\/DIC) de Palho\u00e7a, deflagrou a terceira fase de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial para o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, representados pela autoridade policial, em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada ao homic\u00eddio doloso cometido por disparos de arma de fogo ocorrido em 08 de mar\u00e7o de 2024, na localidade da Guarda do Cubat\u00e3o, em Palho\u00e7a.<\/p><p>Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m da apreens\u00e3o de aparelhos celulares e documentos relevantes \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, subst\u00e2ncias entorpecentes e produtos de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o il\u00edcita foram encontrados em posse de um dos alvos. Como resultado, foi lavrado auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e contrabando.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam em andamento, e at\u00e9 o momento, foi identificado o mandante do crime, o qual j\u00e1 se encontra preso e responde por outros homic\u00eddios ocorridos em Palho\u00e7a.
