A ordem judicial foi expedida pela 3\u00aa Vara do Tribunal do J\u00fari de Joinville. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Paran\u00e1, por meio da 8\u00aa Delegacia Regional de Guaratuba.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s tomar conhecimento do mandado de pris\u00e3o, policiais civis da DECAP\/DEIC iniciaram as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para localizar o paradeiro do autor, que havia fugido durante a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de seu pr\u00f3prio j\u00fari, em que era r\u00e9u pelo crime de homic\u00eddio duplamente qualificado.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta manh\u00e3, o homem foi localizado escondido em propriedade rural no munic\u00edpio de Guaratuba, no Paran\u00e1, onde, depois de identificado, foi abordado e preso.<\/p>\n<p>Ressalta-se que o homem possui extensa ficha criminal e j\u00e1 havia sido preso anteriormente por outros crimes, dentre eles, dois roubos qualificados, al\u00e9m de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o e posse de explosivos.<\/p>\n<p>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br. Al\u00e9m disso, pelo<b>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.pc.sc.gov.br\/foragidos\/\" target=\"_blank\">Portal Foragidos<\/a>&nbsp;<\/b>da PCSC \u00e9 poss\u00edvel conhecer a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de procurados pela Justi\u00e7a.
