data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por interm\u00e9dio da Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Tubar\u00e3o coletou provas que puderam identificar pelo menos 9 pessoas integrantes de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa que atua em todo territ\u00f3rio de Santa Catarina.<\/p><p>Durante alguns meses, investigadores da DIC de Tubar\u00e3o diligenciaram e coletaram diversas provas que apontaram que pelo menos nove indiv\u00edduos, que residem em Tubar\u00e3o, integrariam uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa respons\u00e1vel por boa parte do tr\u00e1fico de drogas, roubos e ataques que ocorrem no Estado de Santa Catarina.\u00a0<\/p><p>Diante desses elementos foi instaurado um inqu\u00e9rito policial e a autoridade policial representou pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de nove mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva e sete mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, sendo os pedidos policiais integralmente deferidos pelo Ju\u00edzo da 2\u00aa Vara Criminal de Tubar\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p><p>De posse dos competentes mandados, a DIC de Tubar\u00e3o, com o apoio de policiais civis de toda a 5\u00aa Delegacia Regional de Pol\u00edcia, deflagrou nesta quarta-feira (09) opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial e capturou seis pessoas e cumpriu sete mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00c9 importante ressaltar que essa \u00e9 a terceira opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial de repress\u00e3o ao crime organizado, deflagrada pela DIC de Tubar\u00e3o em cerca de um ano e mais de 35 pessoas j\u00e1 foram presas por envolvimento com o crime organizado.
