A pris\u00e3o ocorreu poucos instantes depois da mulher registrar um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia em sede de Delegacia, relatando que vinha sendo amea\u00e7ada pelo ex-companheiro.<\/p><p>Ao retornar para casa, o suspeito voltou a amea\u00e7ar a v\u00edtima, o que foi presenciado por duas testemunhas, tendo sido acionada novamente a Pol\u00edcia Civil, que conseguiu localizar o suspeito e efetuar a pris\u00e3o em flagrante.<\/p><p>O Delegado Filipe Martins, respons\u00e1vel por coordenar a a\u00e7\u00e3o, revela que a r\u00e1pida resposta da Pol\u00edcia pode ter evitado uma verdadeira trag\u00e9dia, pois o autuado estava preso at\u00e9 pouco tempo atr\u00e1s justamente por ter esfaqueado a ex-companheira e, quando do momento da pris\u00e3o, o mesmo estava estacionado nas proximidades da resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima.<\/p><p>De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o hist\u00f3rico do suspeito tem 42 boletins de ocorr\u00eancia registrados em seu nome e, diante da gravidade dos atos recentes, a autoridade policial representou pela convers\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o em flagrante do investigado em pris\u00e3o preventiva, medida que visa garantir a seguran\u00e7a da v\u00edtima e impedir que novos crimes sejam cometidos.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a lavratura da pris\u00e3o em flagrante, o autuado foi encaminhado ao pres\u00eddio local e, nas pr\u00f3ximas 24 horas, passar\u00e1 por uma audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia, permanecendo \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil prende homem em flagrante por amea\u00e7ar ex-companheira de morte em Indaial Nesta quarta-feira (09\/04), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Indaial, efetuou a pris\u00e3o em flagrante de um suspeito de amea\u00e7ar a ex-companheira de morte na cidade de Indaial.
