O alvo desta edi\u00e7\u00e3o foi uma loja de autope\u00e7as suspeita de integrar uma extensa rede de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos furtados ou roubados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e descobertas<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, conduzidas pela Delegacia de Furtos e Roubos de Ve\u00edculos (DFRV\/DEIC) e pela Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa (DPCO\/BC) revelaram que o estabelecimento comercializava pe\u00e7as de origem criminosa, com conex\u00f5es em S\u00e3o Paulo, Paran\u00e1 e Santa Catarina. Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram apreendidos componentes de sete ve\u00edculos\u2013 quatro com registro de furto ou roubo e tr\u00eas com numera\u00e7\u00e3o adulterada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O propriet\u00e1rio da loja foi preso em flagrante pelos crimes de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o qualificada e adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo. Ele j\u00e1 possu\u00eda hist\u00f3rico criminal pelo mesmo delito, o que evidencia a atua\u00e7\u00e3o reincidente em esquemas ilegais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Participa\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3os e pr\u00f3ximos passos<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica, Procon e Detran.&nbsp; Enquanto o Procon n\u00e3o encontrou irregularidades em sua \u00e1rea de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, o Detran \u2013 respons\u00e1vel por credenciar empresas de desmonte de ve\u00edculos \u2013 ir\u00e1 instaurar um processo administrativo contra o estabelecimento, que poder\u00e1 perder sua licen\u00e7a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Impacto da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o 311<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o 311 tem se mostrado uma ferramenta eficaz no combate ao crime organizado no setor automotivo, desarticulando esquemas de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o e adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos. Al\u00e9m de proteger consumidores de pe\u00e7as ilegais, a iniciativa impacta financeiramente organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas que usam esse mercado para lavagem de dinheiro e financiamento de outras atividades il\u00edcitas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Como denunciar<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil refor\u00e7a o papel da popula\u00e7\u00e3o no fornecimento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es.
