data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital (DPA\/DIC), com apoio da 10\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Capital, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal (DIBEA) de Florian\u00f3polis, prendeu em flagrante um homem pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3o, da ra\u00e7a <em>american staffordshire<\/em>, no bairro Dunas da Lagoa, em Florian\u00f3polis.<\/p><p>O procedimento flagrancial teve origem em opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial, organizada em conjunto com a DIBEA, em raz\u00e3o do recebimento de den\u00fancias e imagens dando conta de que o tutor mantinha o can\u00eddeo, com ferimento no dorso em estado j\u00e1 bastante grave, sem qualquer tratamento, al\u00e9m de estar amarrado em p\u00e9ssimas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de salubridade. Constou que o c\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o possu\u00eda \u00e1gua dispon\u00edvel e estava sendo alimentado por terceiros.<\/p><p>Na dilig\u00eancia de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o, confirmou-se a situa\u00e7\u00e3o extrema de maus-tratos, sendo que chovia muito e o animal, mesmo com o grande ferimento, estava sem abrigo adequado, na terra molhada, amarrado a uma corda que sequer permitia que o c\u00e3o se deitasse para descanso. Inexistia, igualmente, \u00e1gua ou alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o limpa dispon\u00edvel.<\/p><p>Em interrogat\u00f3rio, o homem confessou o crime, informando, ainda, que n\u00e3o havia buscado ajuda para o seu cachorro porque temia que fosse responsabilizado pela sua neglig\u00eancia, em raz\u00e3o do estado em que deixou chegar a les\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O tutor foi preso em flagrante e o c\u00e3o foi resgatado pela DIBEA da Capital, sendo encaminhado para os devidos tr\u00e2mites de atendimento m\u00e9dico-veterin\u00e1rio at\u00e9 eventual ado\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.
