A a\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte das dilig\u00eancias que apuram poss\u00edveis maus-tratos contra animais na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme informa\u00e7\u00f5es da autoridade policial, a equipe localizou o investigado em seu local de trabalho e o acompanhou at\u00e9 sua resid\u00eancia, localizada no bairro Itoupavazinha, em Blumenau, para execu\u00e7\u00e3o das buscas.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o cumprimento do mandado, foram encontrados objetos ligados aos cuidados de felinos, como potes para ra\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e1gua, saco de ra\u00e7\u00e3o e outros itens dentro de uma caixa, bem como apreendido um aparelho celular que dever\u00e1 passar por per\u00edcia t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p>O Poder Judici\u00e1rio negou a pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito, mas imp\u00f4s a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de manter ou adotar novos animais, evitando a poss\u00edvel reitera\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos.<\/p>\n<p>A Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal informa que a dilig\u00eancia foi autorizada pela Vara Regional de Garantias da Comarca de Blumenau\/SC.<\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil refor\u00e7a que o inqu\u00e9rito permanece em andamento, buscando esclarecer todas as circunst\u00e2ncias do caso e contando com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade.
