data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na data de hoje, 24 de abril de 2025, por volta das 15h30, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil da Comarca de Ascurra, realizou o resgate de 01 (um) cachorro que se encontrava em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maus-tratos.<\/p>\n<p>O animal foi localizado amarrado em um rancho nos fundos de uma propriedade rural no bairro Ribeir\u00e3o S\u00e3o Luiz, na cidade de Api\u00fana, ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia recebida nesta delegacia de pol\u00edcia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No local, constatou-se que o animal possu\u00eda extensas les\u00f5es em sua face, uma grande les\u00e3o em sua pata direita dianteira (com o osso exposto), presen\u00e7a de sarna, al\u00e9m de apresentar desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o, desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o e escassez de massa corporal.<\/p>\n<p>Diante do cen\u00e1rio encontrado (evidente crime de maus-tratos) e considerando que o tutor n\u00e3o se encontrava na resid\u00eancia no momento da a\u00e7\u00e3o policial, um inqu\u00e9rito policial ser\u00e1 instaurado para a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos e o animal foi apreendido e encaminhado para uma cl\u00ednica veterin\u00e1ria, local no qual permanecer\u00e1 internado.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente o crime de maus-tratos a animais dom\u00e9sticos (c\u00e3es e gatos) tem pena de 2 a 5 anos de reclus\u00e3o, multa e proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de guarda, inclusive com a impossibilidade de arbitramento de fian\u00e7a em sede de delegacia de
