No local foi verificado que os animais estavam em ambiente insalubre, sem \u00e1gua ou alimentos e infestados de parasitas, notadamente carrapatos. Uma cachorra apresentava dificuldade de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o e dois dos animais estavam com escore corporal baixo. No local peritos criminais constataram a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de maus- tratos.\u00a0<\/p><p>Anteriormente \u00e0 pris\u00e3o feita pelo DIC, o homem j\u00e1 havia sido notificado pelo munic\u00edpio, n\u00e3o tendo atendido a nenhuma das determina\u00e7\u00f5es impostas.
