O alvo desta etapa foi uma loja de autope\u00e7as suspeita de comercializar componentes de origem criminosa.<\/p><p><strong>Estabelecimento vendia pe\u00e7as ligadas ao crime<\/strong><\/p><p>As apura\u00e7\u00f5es foram conduzidas pela Delegacia de Furtos e Roubos de Ve\u00edculos (DFRV\/DEIC), em parceria com a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa (DPCO\/BC). As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicaram que o estabelecimento vendia pe\u00e7as automotivas provenientes de crimes, com conex\u00f5es identificadas no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram apreendidas pe\u00e7as pertencentes a seis ve\u00edculos \u2014 um deles com registro de furto ou roubo e os demais com sinais identificadores adulterados.<\/p><p><strong>Empres\u00e1rio \u00e9 preso em flagrante<\/strong><\/p><p>O propriet\u00e1rio da loja, um empres\u00e1rio do ramo automotivo, foi preso em flagrante no local pelos crimes de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o qualificada e adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor.<\/p><p><strong>Atua\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscalizadores <\/strong><\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica, do Procon e do Detran. Enquanto o Procon n\u00e3o encontrou irregularidades dentro de sua esfera de compet\u00eancia, o Detran \u2014 respons\u00e1vel pelo credenciamento de empresas de desmontagem de ve\u00edculos \u2014 instaurar\u00e1 um processo administrativo contra o estabelecimento, que poder\u00e1 resultar na cassa\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a de funcionamento.<\/p><p><strong>Canais para den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas<\/strong><\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o no combate ao crime.
