data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na data de hoje (30\/04), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Combate a Estelionatos do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais da Capital (DCE\/DIC), com o apoio do CERCO da 1\u00aa Seccional da Pol\u00edcia Civil de S\u00e3o Paulo (PCSP), prendeu em flagrante 9 (nove) pessoas pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio em junho do ano passado, ap\u00f3s uma v\u00edtima residente em Florian\u00f3polis ter sido lesada em R$ 89 mil em raz\u00e3o do golpe conhecido como \u201dfalsa central banc\u00e1ria\u201d.<\/p><p>A fraude consiste na atua\u00e7\u00e3o de criminosos que se passam por funcion\u00e1rios de institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, alegando transa\u00e7\u00f5es suspeitas na conta da v\u00edtima. Com uso de t\u00e9cnicas de engenharia social e dados pessoais previamente obtidos, os golpistas induzem as v\u00edtimas a fornecer senhas, instalar aplicativos de acesso remoto ou realizar transfer\u00eancias via PIX para contas de terceiros (laranjas).<\/p><p>Durante as dilig\u00eancias, foi identificado um dos integrantes do grupo criminoso, o que motivou a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de 5 (cinco) mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nas cidades de S\u00e3o Paulo e Santo Andr\u00e9.<\/p><p>Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, uma resid\u00eancia localizada na zona oeste da capital paulista foi identificada como sendo o local onde os investigados se reuniam durante esta semana para operacionalizar os golpes. No im\u00f3vel, foram detidas 8 (oito) pessoas e apreendidos 17 aparelhos celulares, 9 computadores, fones de ouvido e chips telef\u00f4nicos usados na pr\u00e1tica dos crimes.<\/p><p>Todos os envolvidos foram autuados em flagrante por associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, sendo o procedimento lavrado no CERCO da 1\u00aa Seccional da Pol\u00edcia Civil de S\u00e3o Paulo.
