Munic\u00edpio de Pescaria Brava, cumpriu na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (07\/05), tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no curso de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura a pr\u00e1tica do crime previsto no artigo 272, \u00a71\u00ba, do C\u00f3digo Penal, que trata da falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o, adultera\u00e7\u00e3o ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas.<\/p><p>As dilig\u00eancias foram motivadas por ind\u00edcios de que bebidas alco\u00f3licas estariam sendo adulteradas e colocadas \u00e0 venda, pr\u00e1tica que representa s\u00e9rio risco \u00e0 sa\u00fade p\u00fablica.
